Regular liaising with community/area/villages for promoting education               Sensitizing community to take ownership and steps for creating educational environment               Taking initiatives for annual enrolment campaigns/events               Organizing village level events for improving education ratio of area               Encouraging community for enrolling children               Identifying OOSC and taking initiative for enrolling               Organizing data of OOSC at village level               Identification of schools for installation of WASH facilities in schools,               Construction and repairing of washrooms in schools               Installation of handpums in targeted schools                Coordination with School Management Committees, Local Education Councils, and schools administration to reform the structure for reactivation.               Liaising with formal and Non-formal schools and recording data of enrolment/dropout.               Provide support in arranging organizing events/meeting in villages               Provide support for holding meetings with government department of area               Participation/representation at local level meetings, events

    Identification/assessment of villages for WASH interventions. Selection of beneficiaries for construction/Installation of WASH facilities i.e. hand pumps, latrines etc.  Monitoring of washroom constructions/hand pump installation schemes Organize sessions on health awareness and hygiene practices         Formation of village level WASH committees and building linkages of communities with stakeholders

               Introduce PLANWASH Project to local communities & formation of CO/VSC/LSO.               Introduce CLTS & SLTS approaches to communities.               To conduct regular meetings with LSO's monthly & Quarterly.               Identify & access community Resource Person(CRPs) , training of CRP School Teachers community members, UC secretaries, Govt officials and other stakeholders on PATS approach               Maintaining good relations with communities, notable and local contact persons to involve them in project activities and seek their support wherever required.               Provide technical advice to the District Coordinator on all WASH and Environmental Health issues.               As a Master Trainer, Provide project-level and field-level capacity in the sector for staff, communities and local government               To conduct trainings regarding operation and maintenance of water supply and sanitation facilities, Disaster Risk Reduction-DRR, Child Rights, Gender Equity, Environmental Pollution,               Keep close intr-sector coordination through mainstreaming DRR with WASH activities.                Mobilize/Sensitize local communities towards project activities               Arranging LSO's, meetings to conduct feedback sessions on their gaps and improvements.               Providing support to LSO's, to update HH level village, School LG level data on six monthly basis in each Union Councils.
